i am sorry, i had to post. When i worked at SD FBI always paid there bill before anything went out, just wanted to state that. Also i can't believe Mike is now blaming another company about his problems, mike just blame it on you and only you. What about SD paying upfront for alot of orders and you still never got them to them in time and still to this day i bet you still owe them some arms. I bet his next excuse will be that China is taking all the metal and he can't build arms until China finishes there towers and bridges. Good Luck Mike on fullfilling what your set out to do.

and then he'll blame it on the salvage yards in india not taking apart enuff ships, then it will get blamed on the french for preventing that air craft carrier of theirs from going to india... its always the french... always......

listen to my story. I had a set of lowers that mike made me wait over 5 months to recieve. I had to get the truck out of the garage so I got some art arms my friend traded me and by the time I got the arms I didnt need them. So I write Mike at BYC customs and ask if I could get a refund for my arms if I send them back because I know that so many people wanted a set and they were on backorder. He said sure as soon as he recieves them he will refund the money right into my paypal account. I was going to sell the arms if he didnt want to do a refund for me...keep in mind......so I took his word for it. This was way way back on October 13 2005 when the package was delivered to his shop. So 2 weeks go by and nothing in my account. I ask him what the problem is and he said he lost the paperwork and i had to give him all the information all over and then I wait another 2 weeks go by and I email him and he says...ohh I cant find your paypal transaction can you find it for me....I go and get that and email it to him....he writes back and says I will see the money that weekend. and nothing nothing at all. I was saving money for Christmas for my son Tristan and I was in dier need of my refund. I could have sold the arms to anybody. But mike promised me an instant refund. I have been emailing him since the last email he sent me back in the beginning of November. I write him an email every other day and he hasnt responded to a single one. He even states that he used my control arms to complete another order which is like a smack in the face to me. It is February 16 and I still dont have a refund and my son still dont have a Powerwheels that I promised him for christmas. I am more than very upset and I check to see if I have gotten my refund everyday...Mike I need my refund and I need it now. It just isnt fair at all!
so with that said where is my refund. You said that i would have it as soon as you got the arms back and that was oct 13 05. and i had to wait over 5 months to get em. When i was emailing you about me wanting to send the arms back.. and get an address the emails were immediate now i ask where my refund is and i havent gotten an email since the beginning of Nov. saying you were sending my refund that weekend. first,

EVERY TIME I SENT AN INVOICE TO FBI THE PAYMENT WAS LATE BY AT LEAST A MONTH.
fact, and I have copies of emailed invoices, and ups overnight letters.

THE LATEST ONES IN QUESTION ARE 2 DIFFERENT ONES.

one for a set of Nissan arms and a set of Isuzu arms.

both of which the customers have had the parts more than a month. no payment yet, no call, no email.

I sent the invoice thru my quickbooks program 4 times and in an overnight letter twice.

they ask that I send it with the PO number and the UPS tracking number, both of which I did and still no check, just like EVERY INVOICE I SEND

they have not once ever sent me a check when they were supposed to.

the customers on those orders have been telling people in here how good the arms look and work. fact

I have copies of the sent invoices, the po numbered orders sent to me and copies of the UPS tracking info to show when the parts were shipped.

so why havent I gotten a check on those yet?

nothing is wrong with the Isuzu or Nissan arms... still no check.

the other one, whatever you say, send them back and ill see if there is anything wrong with them. still that invoice was 3 months old, the check should have been here 2 and a half months ago.

not some bullshit about waiting for them to be sent back. if that was the case then why havent I been called back? ive left a message with the chick that answers the phone at least a dozen times with my number and stil no call, no email, nothing.

I had a freind call and chat with Kevin and Phil, not 10 seconds after I called and was told they were "out"

SCREW FBI, THEY HAVE NOT EVER EVER EVER SENT ME ANYTHING ON TIME, YET I STILL KEPT SENDING PARTS TO THEIR VICTIMS, UM CUSTOMERS.......

so whats the excuse now??

please say one thing thats not true so I can post these UPS shipping receipts and quickbooks invoices.

I also record all my calls on a phonemate402

so please say that you didnt tell me the check was sent the day before.

I have every time that was told to me on tape.... well on hard drive..

Im not blaming FBI for anything at BYC, but its hard to make part with no money coming in.
