Im building all of one thing right now, its the only way I will ever catch up.
Im still finishing the Ranger arms and shipping Toyota and Isuzu.
im not having anyone pay for shipping twice, I would never hear the end of it if I did. so quit asking, Im not doing it.
I do have a set of Mazda lowers in the shop now that belong to FBI
however they owe me about 1300 bucks right now and have not paid in months.
so if I dont get a check from them by tomorrow, im sending these to whoever has the oldest Mazda order.
some of you guys would have parts now if it werent for FBI not paying.
everyone I told about doing business with FBI told me they dont pay their bills.
I guess its true.

See you really are no diffrent.Only diffrence is they dont have there own thread with 492 posts and 39,280 views!! Thats more views than most towns have people.Once again looks like you refuse to work with your customers any way you can.

It's sad that we're even spending any more time dealing with Barnyard Customs- we've already lost so much time between explaining delayed shipments and sloppy welds to our customers, our accounting staff spending hours trying to decipher their cryptic invoices, and customers canceling entire orders and shipping these arms back to us when they're off by over 1/4"!
Now we need to jump on SSM to deal with a billing issue. Beautiful. The truth is, we've held off sending a check until these control arms got back into our hands, so we could send them back when we saw how off they were! Sorry if that messed up business for the last month for you, Mike, but think of all the time I've wasted defending you and your products to my customers that waited patiently for their parts from you!
Just so people can see what came back to us recently:
I can't run my business with parts like these going out to my customers! A few sloppy welds, OK, we can deal with that. Delays of more than 2 months, we need to do something about this. NOW we have to deal with products that don't even LINE UP on the truck?!
These arms, along with the balance of your invoices that were actually shipped before our customers canceled them, were sent out this week.
FBI will have OUR new control arms available within the next several months- Laser cut, TIG welded, and made to FIT. We're setting up robotic welders to handle production, so availability won't even be an issue. Plus, we'll make sure they're STRAIGHT before we ship 'em! -Phil at FBI

All this and peolpe still want to order this shit... its unreal, what is going thru people's minds??
With so many other options available that are 1 billion times more reliable and way better quality people still chose to order BYC stuff... what gives??
I feel bad for everyone on here thats gotten their asshole gaped by BYC.... some look like they even need reconstructive surgery on their corn holes.
