I have said in previous posts when arms wopuld be made. Ive said when toyota would be shipped and when I would start back on each type arms.

EVERYONE that I know that makes or sells parts told me not go do business with a certain company and they were right.

they also stand behind me and will continue to do so.

they also say to let this thread go since its pointless and only people who want to jump on the bashing bandwagon are posting.

if phil posts again with some more bullshit lies, Ill have all the copies of the invoices, emails to and from me, check stubs, pdf files, everything up on my website the next day...

im not doing myself or any of my customers any good by continuing to post here.

a few people get their parts every week but everyone still thinks I dont send out parts, even tho I have posted my UPS shipping history more than once.

J Cordova, your Mazda parts will be shipped to you whether you want them or not. throw them away, cut them up, stick them up your ass, I dont care anymore. the pics of the Mazda arms are up on my site, in hi res so you can blow up the pic and see the welds.

everyone who got their import arms likes them alot. everything I have improved on over the last few months is exceptional and works perfectly like they are supposed to.

I had planned on starting back on S-10 this week, but I didnt finish the Ranger and Mitsu arms. plus not having a check come in to buy materials or ship parts hasnt helped.

I am finishing the Ranger arms today and tomorrow. I will also have an extra set of Ranger arms by monday. one extra set of upper and lower and one extra set of just upper.

then the first thing Im doing next week is get back on S-10 and GM fullsize.

but Im also finishing up Jon Greens Dodge fullsize arms. he has the oldest order and will get his parts next. then ill deal with whoever has the next oldest.

ill do this all week while I spend most of the time building 5 sets of S-10 at a time. then ill build 5 more sets and 5 sets of GM fullsize. as I said I must build a bunch at once to ever catch up.

I have also had 2 people do chargebacks on paypal, thats a grand less I have to buil;d parts with.

so I have no choice but to work with what I have until some of these people pay me.

MIke, I'm not going to bother you with an e-mail, you said where you were on S-10's above, so that's all I need, and I assume that you're including Jon's order in there, so I'll just keep checking back here, and on your site for updates. Thanks.

This is the funniest shit ever! I actually used this story in one of my classes for my masters program. The class thought it was a great example of how NOT to do business. I think this also shows how word of mouth travels fast. What was the example I heard? a happy customer tells 3 people and an unhappy one tells 7-10.

I'll bet in a parallel universe Bizarro Mike White has the happiest customers you can find.
