BYC for clientele and workers ONLY!

Jon Green Dodge Ram uppers and lowers $490 ordered Jan 24 2005 I called BYC today and get this his answering machine goes MEMORY FULL imagine that.

Jon, If you payed with paypal cancel your payment or try to get it back now! I'm still waiting on a set of s 10 and 720 uppers and lowers from june 05.
I can't believe there's nothing legally we can do. Don't know if its worth everyone getting together and filing a suit as one party. I'm going to check into it further.

mike thomson Duranged Kustoms Hawaii, mitsu uppers and lowers, and s-10 uppers and lowers.paid out around 900-1000 with paypal and I think I paid back in june or july. I also paid in full. shitty part is he is the only person that I have found that makes the mitsu arms. At this point I want to try and get my money back.I'll fukin build them my self already.

why dont people just start ordering from some where else, i know people looking for refunds wont have the money to order new parts but why are people still giving him orders we all know you wont see your arms for at least 4 -5 months there are other sites like kustomfab.com or can do specialties has a line of arms out now too they are not posted on his website but they are available. ive ordered arms threw kustom werks ( kustomfab.com) and recieved upper and lower arms in 3 weeks and they are almost exactly the same as byc arms but i think have a better mount for the strut rod elimination. also the dont use factory tacky balljoints they use some fancy chrome screw in ball joints that sit totally flush and look good espcially on upper arms. just my 2 cents, dont get me wrong mike makes good products but just has too much work for 1 person to handle. even if he made 3 sets of arms a day hes has like hundreds of orders and everyday the list gets bigger .

^^ if you look at the dates, we all ordered before anyone knew that we'd end up waiting this long. most of us complaining ordered in the june 05 timeframe (or earlier). if there would have been a forum about this back when i ordered mine, i would have spent the extra money to get them from kustom werks. back then the only byc threads were talking about what great quality mikes were, & they're cheaper than kw's.

i got lucky i ordered a watts link in june, but since he told me he'd ship it in a few days, and even told me to write in the paypal description he said he'd ship it in a few days, i filed a claim through paypal after alittle over a month, and had my money back after about 2 months total, dont know how they help after a year though

Ya most of us ordered arms before all the complaints started and we just heard about the great quality and great price.

I think we have a better chance of gettin parts than our money back. But it looks like mike took the money and ran. 25-30 sets of arms at $400 each is about 10 grand. looks like mike made out huh.
