Okay guys, I know that this has already been talked about. I may have to read the previous 10 pages. But what do we do about this. I have been patient for too long. It is obvious that I am not going to get my parts. He probably doenst even have my order anymore.

It is almost February, the show season is right around the corner. I want my money back to get them somewhere else.

PayPal won't help. The account is closed. I will do everything in my power to get my parts of money. Has anybody started a legal battle with him yet? Does anybody have any advice?

I'd be willing to help out. I'm in jersey though. I'd love to help build some arms for him. It'd be a good excuse for me to finally get that jd2 bender that I've been eyeing up for awhile. All I'd need is some plans or a set of control arms so I can replicate them.

Well I just talked to some lawyers and stuff and I would have to file a small claims suit which means I either have to fly out to Rockwall Texas to do it or hire an attorney out there pursue it, meaning it is going to cost me more then the arms are worth.

There has to be an attorney or lawyer or something on this website that can point us in the right direction.

Terry Stevens, ordered toyota lowers on nov. 30, 2004. for $190 recieved a set 6 months later that didn't fit at all in any way . sent them back, cost me $40(now i'm at $230). change my order to uppers because he supposidly has so many layin around, and I still have nothing. at this point I'll take anything. I also just went to his site and he has raised the price on his arms.
