hey mike it's Terry Stevens AGAIN. Are you still alive? do you even make control arms? if the arms are done like you say, why don't I have them. It's a simple question, and it will only take you 2 seconds to reply, so please please please reply to this and give me an honest answer as to why I don't have my arms. I'm pretty sure I'm your oldest order right now, so no offense to anybody, but I should get my arms before anybody else. at this point mike I'll take a set of lowers or uppers, hell I'll even take one upper and one lower just send me something this is getting really fucking rediculous.

so you think you got screwed over by mike listen to my story. I had a set of lowers that mike made me wait over 5 months to recieve. I had to get the truck out of the garage some art arms my friend traded me and by the time I got the arms I didnt need them. So I write Mike at BYC customs and ask if I could get a refund for my arms if I send them back because I know that so many people wanted a set and they were on backorder. He said sure as soon as he recieves them he will refund the money right into my paypal account. I was going to sell the arms if he didnt want to do a refund for me...keep in mind......so I took his word for it. This was way way back on October 13 2005 when the package was delivered to his shop. So 2 weeks go by and nothing in my account. I ask him what the problem is and he said he lost the paperwork and i had to give him all the information all over and then I wait another 2 weeks go by and I email him and he says...ohh I cant find your paypal transaction can you find it for me....I go and get that and email it to him....he writes back and says I will see the money that weekend. and nothing nothing at all. I was saving money for Christmas for my son Tristan and I was in dier need of my refund. I could have sold the arms to anybody. But mike promised me an instant refund. I have been emailing him since the last email he sent me back in the beginning of November. I write him an email every other day and he hasnt responded to a single one. He even states that he used my control arms to complete another order which is like a smack in the face to me. It is almost February and I still dont have a refund and my son still dont have a Powerwheels that I promised him for christmas. I am more than very upset and I check to see if I have gotten my refund everyday...Mike I need my refund and I need it now. It just isnt fair at all!

It is SOO great how mike can respond with a blah blah your not a customer don't post here..YET his customers don'ts here SHIT from him. Here is alink to ANOTHER forum mike is on. And here Larry at IAS confronted him about my refund/arms. And i GUESS he couldn't refund my arms because they were a custom length...real nice he told me that...and i guess they just needed to be welded up..like we haven't heard that before. So he said he'd have them welded up and i'd get them in a couple weeks...that was over three weeks ago...and now he has STOPPED replying on that trhead nice how he runs from his problems!

Well, you could respond to emails, and phone calls so your customers don't get pissed off.

I'm not goin to lie to you i've already thought about it. Why not every one post what they are missing or have not recieved and when they ordered, and how much they paid for it. So we can put together a tally of how bad mike white is really screwing his so called customers. Because i can assure you i would never order anything from him again. especially with what i see that everyone else is going through the same thing. He's lost me as a future customer.
