Hey i got an idea all you little punk kids keep your a## off this forum and stop putting your two cents in. If your not waiting on parts from Mike why would you need to run your mouths about anything. This forum is to relay information between us ( the people waiting on parts ) and Mike.

Jared Roy (BigJ70634),Yes it is hard to believe that customers of this "DO NOT PATRONIZE" business BYC has to communicate with him on a forum. Concerning the BBB, they are just a reporting agency. All complaints are compiled and stored for the Co. which allows any future customers to know if the Co. has bad business practices. For a customer to benifit from them, they must contact the BBB BEFORE making a purchase, check for any info that has been reported for that Co. and how many. The customer can then make a determination whether to buy from that Co.. But, that is 1 step that these guy's need to do to inform other possible customers not to patronize BYC so they do not end up in the same position and for it to be on record for future moves needed to make this situation right. We have a higher power down there in TX. that deal with these situation but that is not until we go to level 2 with BYC.

Wow...I guess that the words of the mighty SSM lords means nothing. I was actually keeping track of this thread until it got way out of hand. It has been said on here several times now but I want to say it again. Please keep these e-mails and posts to your self. It wastes SSM's space and really solves nothing at all. I've been in the same boat with waiting on parts that are already pre-paid but not with BYC. I got them eventually but it took a bit.

I've sat back and watched most of this take place and wondered.."Is Mike the only guy who has ever gotten in over his head?" Nope..I know for sure I have a time or two. It's hard to go from a smaller shop who does select work to offering a cheaper alternative to other arms as well as being a supplier for Suicide Doors. Your volume increased several times and things can get overwhelming. It's hard to prepare for that and good help is hard to get. Give him a break and quit bitching back and forth.

Jay, I feel your pain bro. I've got a little girl now and things are so tight I can barely breathe. I did do one thing differently though...I put my truck on the back burner as it has been for a while and I won't touch it until I have "spare" cash. I haven't even bought a part for it since my job situation changed.

Mike..good luck with things man. I know you'll get back in line..just stay honest with the ones payin the bills.

most of these posts are by people who have no clue.

the whole thing is, Im behind and I AM catching up, simple as that. I will make these parts as fast as I can. ill also give others refunds as I can afford to do so.

you people who comment on buying welders and other things, are you stupid? when your welder goes down and you cant build parts, what are you supposed to do? duh, im not boasting anything about anything, just stating that I owe nothing on my equipment, so no money going out for that, only for parts, materials, rent and supplies and shipping.

all this negative BS you keep throwing out does nothing but hurt business, when we are getting parts out every day. the more you throw out BS the less orders I get and the less money I have to buy materials.

this is the last post ill post on this subject, ive said it all before and the last time on this thread.

I AM SPENDING EVERY DIME THAT COMES IN ON MATERIALS AND SHIPPING.
I AM MAKING PARTS AS FAST AS I CAN.

he oredered his arms in the end of september and got em right before thanksgiveing..they were for a square body s10..

those parts,new equipment and repairs should have been purchased with profits not money from orders that have not even been filled yet. If the money from non-filled orders has not been miss spent, the money should be availible for only a hand full of refunds. And no, I am not stupid. Keep the posts coming guy's, we need to keep this thread on the top 5. level 2 coming sooner than later!
