Cory i waited 5 1/2 months for the arms finally got em...could have sold them to anybody but was promised an instant refund as soon as he got em. that was back on 10/13/05 tracking #045698530519043 he prob resold them now i need my money to make my christmas right for my son. I know $200.00 might not seem like a lot to other people but like i said I just got laid off recently.

look, I don't believe I have seen a single post saying anything bad about you as a person and none of us are, These posts are directed at your business practices. You shouldn't be taking money that was sent to you for a parts purchase and paying off notes and buying welders and compressors with it.That should be purchased with profits not money from orders that have not even been filled yet. And when you come on here boasting how everything in the shop is paid for but have so many people without parts I see that as the money was miss appropriated. Unless this money has been miss spent, there should be no problem refunding these guy's their money. I know by law you are not required to offer anyone a refund but I can tell you this, If someone offers a refund and keeps just a 20% restocking charge, they will never see my business again. This money should be setting in an account somewhere until the material needs to be purchased for their parts. With as many parts you have sold since the inception of BYC you should have plenty of working capital for costs and supplies or your doing something wrong. The way I see it, BYC reputation has been tarnished if not ruined because of this. If you plan on still recieving enough orders to keep your self in business 6 months from now, you had better spend about 6 hrs. a day returning e-mails, making phone calls and offering refunds to people. I don't care what you have to sell to do it. I can tell you right now there is no way in hell doing business the way you are right now, you will ever succeed. GUARANTEED! We don't care about anything you have to say unless you are contacting someone with their refund or parts. No matter what you come on here and say (which you have as much right as any of the rest of us to do), you are making the situation worse. Stay off of SSM and get on the phone. SEND THESE GUY"S THEIR FUCKING PARTS OR A REFUND or you may be behind the wheel of that big rig sooner than you think!
