it does get really frustrating waiting for MONTHS and MONTHS getting the run around...the excusses i heard are

-the jig isn't set up for shorter arms so he has to hand build them...fine
-ups lost them and he was waiting for a insurance check from them
-his suburban got stolen from a movie theater that had all the order info on it, and i needed to give him new info
-heard a bunch of times that he was waiting for the ball joint plates to be cut
-they will be sent out "next week", "tomorrow", "friday"
-ups lost them, a few times
-the refund was sent i guess...but nothing in my paypal???
-didn't have money for the refund because he is getting caught up on past orders

then on every forum and whatnot, when i ask about it, i somehow get ignored about it?? and email him many many times without responses......THAT is why everyone else and I are bitching about this.....

Im going to be a bigger person here and delete my posts because the last thing i personally want to do is to start anymore shit on here. god knows we dont need it. all i was saying is this is a public forum and i just dont like to see all the fussing. its not what its suposed to be here for. i feel for you that are owed money and parts but just get sick of all the fussing.

all the fussing is happening because people are expecting a product to work right and they aren't, so people are out $500.

For those not getting products.. Dont waste your time flooding the forum when they wont reply from a BUISNESS email, and would rather take it on a forum than answer your email.simply do this.. contact the better buisness beauro. File a report. Im sure if 50 people do that.. they would be making a call. If he wont take the time to answer your emails,unpaid items,and unsent items, then you need to take action against that.Also those who payed on paypal. report it as item not sent, or unpaid refund. Im on everyones side here.. I see all the threads.. and it needs to stop.. and he has problems.. and guess what thats HIS fault. he knows what he is getting himself into.. For those who dont get their products or refunds.. i suggest you do whats mentioned above.. Its the only way to SEE that it gets done. I dont have nothing against BYC or the peeps getting bad buisness.. Im just stating something that no one has yet to offer to the people having problems.. and hopefully all this will be gone off of SSM soon..

hell no i'd be pissed off if u pay the money to a buisness and return the product you should get the money back plain and simple or at least get a response to why he's not givin your money back. i remember i ordered a grill for my isuzu off the internet they gave me a trackin number which didnt even work either found out a week later they didnt carry that product anymore and just didnt feel like informing me so i asked for a refund and 2 weeks of them givin me bullshit reason to why they havent returned my money told my credit card company, they told me they'd take care of it next day my money was returned, to make a long story shorter lol i hope jaymoney gets his money back its bullshit how a "so called" company cant return your own money back to you for christ sakes the dude needs the money to buy his boy a christmas present and if u cant even give him an answer to where his money is you shouldnt even own a buisness or maybe you should ask santa for a heart for christmas.

one more thing i think more people should run there buisness like suicide doors does i remember a while back i think they were behind on 4 links or something and you couldn't place an order for them until they caught up, now thats just good buisness let your customers know up front dont take more orders if u cant finish the others

mike how bout this get blue prints made of all the parts and sell those for like 30 bucks a piece and let people make your parts for them selves till u get caught up

last i checked paypal fucks people over
