so how low could i go without cutting anything up? say on 19" wheels

no cutting

in the front if u get cylinders, prolly tuck little bit wheel if u lucky, keep the stock struts and get strut bags and you'll come close to tucking tire

the back, u can just bag it or put it on cans, but either way i'd say you'd be 2-4inches from layin crossmember out back cause yer tire bottomed out

im assumin they didnt change the suspension from 01-04

my neon is mini based baged, everything is shaved,frenched plate, molded tailights, fur interior, and tuns of other stuff. yes it does have a body kit but it is fully molded, that is the only tuner oreanted thing on it. besides it changes the look just like puttin a cut down fullsize gmc bumper on a sdime

accords are the new s-10's which kinda sucks cuz i really want one

no way will accords be the new s-10's. they might be the most popular honda to drop but not like s-10's. just look at how many s-10's there are in the reareds rides and then look at the accords. not tryin to jusp your case
