I have always loved old cars.......I threw alot of old tricks into my dime when I had it. Hell all the things we do now are based on old ideas. Shave, french, bodydrop(channel), section......... It doesn't matter new or old. You throw something in front of us we will make it cool. That is something we all have in common no matter how old your ride is.

money money money money..... is that what life is all about??? Sorry Mark but EVERYTHING is NOT for sale. That's why cocksuckers send jobs overseas or even to our southern neighbor. To make more money by saving more money. While Americans get thrown out in the streets. I still do not understand why people like to build badass rides and then turn around and sell it. I know the phrase to each his own but I just don't understand.

minitruckers grow up and build classics.

restoring old cars has always been around, it's not getting more trendy, or more popular, you just grow more mature in your art, and realize that the old iron is cool as fuck.

Return on investment is not true on Custom older cars. Look at BJ. Stock, Resto mod or fakes take the most. Sleds and nice customs are 30 or below. If you do an old car right its bank.

This car sold for a whopping 20gs. 9,000 into paint 5 in the interior 5 in the chrome and stainless. Not including car, suspension work, drivetrain, wheels. So to say its for the money isn't correct. I love old cars because of chrome and the look. Doing a car right takes money. And doing it right doesnt always get you a return. It's the same as a minitruck just on a bigger scale.

I am building my classic out of sure want. My grandmother got the car new in 66, so I want to bring it back to life. The cheap plates are nice and the insurance is going to get me when I am done. And parts are NOT easy to come by. But it is my choice to put the money in it. I have no desire to sell the car when done!

I am not building the car to be in a club or a best of show. I am building it for the love of old rides. I have 6 old school rides and I want to make sure that my kids see what my parents had growing up. It is about history and how we have grown from then to now.

Just my two cents, grown up around nothing but old school rides. My 96' Impalla is driving me crazy cause I do not have a computer degree to work on it. My plymouth is a carb. motor, work on that all day long.

Classics are my first love and selling my first was the biggest car mistake that I ever made. I have built 2 Minis but if you want to get a good return it is hard to beat a classic. My new project will be a straight restow since it is a all #s matching Mopar. I love custom but I can't see my self cut this one up.

I have Both a Hot Rod and a Mini, I was into the Classics when I was 5 or 6 years old and it led into minis for me. My 49 and a sawzall was my 15th birthday present from my Grandma, She taught me how to chop the top in her driveway!! When the 454 became to much to afford as a daily I got into Minis and never looked back.

Every has a old car tat sits in the back of there mind. I wouldn't build a classic mini truck style and expect a large return on it tho lol

I dont think this is the same Buick but I fell in love with this thing at Danger Zone
