And i bought this one and i have no shame....proud of both..........

yea, i had my truck built for me cuz at the time i was 16, but have since kept the same look, but redone everything on it myself. that being said its no cover truck, but we just recently bought Hank G's bodied avy. and my lil bro has caught 10 kinds of hell for it. at scrapin this weekend everyone that came up to us & kept calling it hanks truck. we are not at all ashamed of buying a really well known ride, but to esacpe the never ending bull shiz we r gonna repaint it and BAD is makin us a set of one-off 24's. and then maybe everyone will start calling it "Ryans" avy. What does it matter if someone admires another persons idea enough to buy there ride?? its kinda like if it aint yours, u dont hafta drive it ya kno? and besides you couldnt build half the truck for what we paid for it! TO EACH HIS OWN!!!!!

im tradin my stock car for a bagged one. i dont give a shit about the "built not Bought" saying.

When my truck was on the cover back in 2003 i had kid come up to me at texas heat wave really excited to talk about the truck, we talked for a bit and everything was going really good....so it seemed. as soon as he found out that Bio Kustumz had built it his attitude completely turned. He said he lost respect for me cause i didnt physically built it. i told him he was retarded and asked him politely to "KICK ROCKS" i hate that attitude. I bought that truck bone stock, lowered it myself and then got a kick as job to finish it. I worked my ass off to pay Max at Bio Kustumz to build my truck the way i wanted it. Then i paid the money for the bitchin paint job. I think i took a second out on my house just to finish it. I worked at Dairy Queen as a manager back then. When people tried to take my pride away from me by telling me it was bought not built it just pissed me off even more...Now a days i dont give a rats about that. i do what i can on my trucks then i pay to have the rest built. I say to each their own.

i think if i could, id buy a ton of finished trucks and enjoy them, its way cheaper then building them lol.

well...i got cought up in the sd slogan war, and paid for it,i had a hand in building mine, mine was unsafe and i killed it by "draggin it to death".now im replacing everything, frame, suspension, wheels, basically everything except the motor and trans. ive spent more than i can count rebuilding this thing, i am now smarter, no longer a rookie minitrucker, considering ive had over 20 custom cars

and the whole reason for my post:im oaying someone who does great work, does it safely and builds great trucksmake fun of for paying someone else i dare ya!!!...lol

it kind of sucks when your talking to someone and they dont know anything about their ride, but i think its all about the persons attitude. if they are chill then who cares who built the truck? not everyone has a place or the time to work on their ride. my parents hate me working on my truck but still let me do somethings. when im older i probably wont have the time to build what i want but if i had a shop build me a rig i would still cruize it just as hard.

i have no beef with bought as long as you admit it, i hate it when a douche lies and says he built it, when really you know he didnt.

I don't care if you built it, won it, had it built, or whored yourself out to gay clowns to buy IT on eBay. As long as you don't make the rest of us look bad, or act like a total deuche hole because you have a sick truck, you're alright in my eyes.

I could give a fuck less if someone came to me and said I bought this truck and basically saying i have no knowlodge of anything in this sport. In fact I would prolly spit in your face.I have never bought a finished truck.But by me saying this..That stupid attitude is why finished trucks dont sell so well.And in turn hurts the original owners..becuase buyers are worried about what those faggots will say about it.Big damn deal.Either way if you have a job and not the skills..so what.It still costs money.And by taking it to a shop sometimes to get shit done is prolly alot cheaper in the long run than some of the bullshit i have seen people hack up and try to fix over and over again. And I will throw in my shameless ad for Mautofied.Its not a finished truck..Think about it as a model.All the hard shit is done..You paint it and finish the rest.BUY ME
