yeah i bought it from a guy in ga. in aug. i dont rember his name. i think it was jon. yes i dont know who did the back but it will be cut out and redone. you cant put bags on top of the axle with a 2 link. the bags role to much when you let the air out of the back. that truck has not even seen the road yet. it will not see the road or a show until it has a major face lift. believe me when it makes the cover nkow one will recognize it.

i felt the same way when it belonged to the first guy, it was simple and clean and the detatas on it were awesome..... i dont like the newer version as much.....

now see theres a perfect example i didnt know there was an owner before chad had it and that build was erased and now i may never get to see how cool it was.

it was built by IF, look on their page, it was dark blue on 22" detata profilers....

up here buyin a truck isnt an option (even an out of country truck couldnt be safetied)
and gettin one built for you isnt an option either cause there are no shops (where i live anyway)
so i was forced to learn how to do alot of stuff myself, with the help of mags and internet. yes there was a learning curve (and some shit work i had to re do) but in the end i can be proud of not only what ive done, but what ive learned in the process.
there are some things i didnt do (spray the paint) because i will admit when i cant do something!

my point is, i dont look down at people that pay to get something done. know your limits of what you can and cant do. pesonally i like to do what i can myself cause of the "pride" that I did something myself.

well, I'm kinda on both side of this one. my first truck I built completely from stock. learned everything by doing it so when I got my second truck that was already bagged I knew how to fix it and how things should work. and hopefulyl it will be mag quality before too long(by mag quaility I mean it will be in the background shot of a nice truck from a show lol) I also learned by helping friends work on their trucks, and from my dad. he has taught me alot aout doing this stuff so I can work on it myself and that I can help others. but beleive me I wouldn't think twice about buying an already done show truck if I could afford it. as stated before, I do my own work because it's all i can afford, and quite frankly I dont trust other people's work. especially after dealing with vehicles that other people have bagged and so called shops have built. sometimes you're almost better off not knowing whats on it. you wouldn't drive it if you did

my opinion...a truck is a truck, who cares who originally built it or who bought it. This is one thing that the rodders do and its no big deal. We need to get over ourselves and building.

what i dont understand is why buy a truck annd show it and collect all the awards and then start tellin everybody that you built it whats the point in that i can see paying someone to build it thats diffrent but buying a truck that it already done is ridiculus if your gonna do it than change some shit on it you got enough money to buy a truck then you got enought money to buy other parts and/or paint it diffrent its that easy so you can say that you "designed" the truck the way you want it

I got opposing views on this thread but I gotta say F+uck it. THANK GOD a REAL minitrucker FINALLY has "Last Look" in there hands! BadAss truck we gotta preserve!!!
