I have posted this tech article about 3 times now but since I got out of this trade I really have no motovation to work on anything but my own vehicles. The only thing that I care about is that no one reproduces an exact copy of my designs. I always sold them under the pretenses that I only made each design once so you would never see your exact panel anywhere else. I have many more interior, audio, video tech articles that I will post as soon as I find the time.

Or if anyone like gamming tables, mame arcades, vintage games, etc, I have tons of tech articles on them as well.

Those are killer tables man. Nice job .

I wouldn't mind having a tech on those.

which model is the#23 with 4.3 screen, there's a couple difft. ones. lol.

You said the output voltage is how much?

Also, could I get you to build me a set of door panels, with a build out for 2 set of for fogsate P162S components? ( with just 1 pair of tweeters in each door. I'd mount the other 2 pairs elsewhere)

In grey tweed they will be $500 CDN plus shipping. Or you can use this tech article and build them yourself.

how did you affix the panels to the doors
sierrax   +1y
You use the factory clips.

Man, I just want to say this is a killer tech. I also have a queestion though, have you ever built a set of full door panels, mine are the LX and I like the full panel. If you have could you please let me know about the extra lil bit at top. Thanks man.

Yes, I have done many LX or "full" panels. The only difference is that you use the top plastic portion of your origional panels and the metal attachment strips. Take your time when you take apart your old panels to keep the metal attachment strips in good condition, the better they are the better your new panels will turn out. You can reuse the origionl foam if you are careful or you can put new foam on. This will cover where the plastic connects to the wood. You can also fiberglass the two together or use 3M panel adhesive which is the best and then fiberglass the attachment point. Take your time and they'll look sweet.
