i didnt meen just body dropping i just wrote it wrong i ment Z-ing the frame is not something that you do just to lower a truck if you are going to z-the frame then you should be in the process of body dropping it other wise it is pretty useless to waste your time. It is a big undertaking and what you said was you can z the frame and then move the body mounts to get a stock floor body drop so that would be a body drop.
yea but some vehicles like the newer rams lay .75" off the ground when you z the frame. some people just wanna lay true frame and not front crossmember.

No, it lays like a bodydrop without having to do one ( stock floor or trad). The frame hangs less than a half inch below the body so if that's close enough for you then you dont even need to mess with the mounts. And when I said take it out of the mounts I didn't mean move them, all you need to do is trim the pad down thinner. Either way z-ing a frame has nothing to do with a bodydrop, it simply makes the frame rails and the crossmember lay at the same time.

I've seen where they z the whole front and I've seen where they z just before and after the control arms so they can lay out the front just a bit more
