so do these trucks need spindles?

It definately helps to have spindles. I did just like what Brian did. We trimmed the spring cup and the also trimmed the bracket that fits into the spring cup. Oh and yes I have spindles.

We cut out my spring cups and plated it all, much cleaner in my opinion. I have an 88 D-50

Yeah spindles make it easier. I don't think I would lay without them

where do you get spindles from? and do the toyota hubs bolt up to the drop spindles?

i used the aim cups on my dakota and it didnt lay out. at first it was 4inches off the ground so we cut 2.5inches out of the cup and that fixed the problem.
