I got it chris thanks....i wonder has anyone tried to weld a plate around the backside of the cup to prevent that from happening? anyways just a thought its just real anoying!

Hell both my read 2600 bags pop like that, you can feel it good, and yeah it's annoying as hell cuz it gets everyone's attention, lol. Glad you brought it up, I was wondering myself WTF it was doing that for.

Chris is right. It is the bag rolling over the cup when laid out. If you loosen or remove the bolt the problem will go away.

hey my blazer did that too, i found the brake rotor dust cover had been catching on the a arm when aired out and when you picked it up it would catch the edge of the a arm

Don't completely deflate your bags when you drop it. Leave just enough air to lay it out, especially with larger firestones.

my caprice does it on the left front but it does it when it's locked up and i tightened up the bolt on mine and it still does it.

Mine does it also, good thing someone posted cause I was like WTF is wrong with my bag, now I feel better.
