Whould it be ok to make my upper bars 21.5" and the lowers 22.5-23" or what because i'm ready to build my 4 link but ai'n sure if that is ok

All depends how youre setting it up, usually the upper bars (if triangulated, and mounting on the same crossmember) will be slightly longer from the angle.

youd be pretty good with those measurements, just watch the angles when you put them in.

yea it is gonna be triangulated from what i understand from stuff i'v read my upper bars are going to have enough of an angle to keep the axle from moving side to side
