haha yeah that was misleading... All you need to do is change out the flex plate on the auto motor for the flywheel/clutch on the 5spd motor. There is no other difference. As you said, you can use the same mounts, shifter everything.
Except you should box up that auto trans and send it to me haha. Most guys want to swap in the auto because there is no clutch master cylinder to foul on big tires, plus mazdas arent exactly reknowned for their blazing 86hp, an auto trans truck isn't much slower.

dude where were you when my nephew was selling his ext cab? 250 bucks for the whole thing (bad head gasket) and AUTO TRANSSSS... It was a lot closer than BC too.

The automatic transmissions in the B2200 and B2000 where hydraulically controlled therefore no electronics need to be transfered. The solenoid on the carb controls idle when the automatic is in drive or reverse.
To swap in the 5 speed you will also need the pedal assembly out of a manual and might need to modify the transmission tunnel for the shifter.

haha yeah russ-d if u want dead auto tranni i'll sell it to ya $20.i gettin the whole auto truck for $200 and trowin its good motor in place of my nearly dead motor so i may have parts from the truck to sell as well.
