Plus u said I talked to Kris directly.. I have no clue who Kris is and never talked to them in my life. Don't try and make me look like the bad guy here, cuz I'm not. I thought it was cool being on the cover, thats why i ordered it. I do understand how a copywrite works, I merly informed you so you would't get in trouble from primedia using their copywritten photo. I asked for no money what so ever bro, How could you say that.?

Robbie, you gotta be f-n kidding me "then some other guy comes in to try and pad his pockets???" i explained to you the situation and even tried to help you out on it and then you try to blast me in a public forum? I've always tried to help you out and i take care of ppl that take care of me but to talk crap on a public forum is completely uncalled for bro! If everyone out there understood copyright laws then the print world would be much better off, but with everyone and their mom doing some website, or DVD, or artwork its kinda hard to keep track... you've showed your true colors here and i hope that you just typed before you thought because this is not the robbie i thought i knew

Ive said before what i was told about the pic. When i recieved it i "assumed" the person that sent it took it. Mike i had no idea you took it until you contact Kris about it. Then i get a call or email or whatever telling me you want paid for the pic. So i hit you up and explained why i used it and what i was told. We came to an agreement that i and you both thought was fair and i went back to the owner of B2R and offered to pay half of it or i would redo the front cover. The owner of B2R(Kris) stated that she wanted to keep it at the time and would send over her half. I waited on it and waited on it and it never came. Weeks went by and i finally heard from her and she didnt have the money. She also was having problems with some kid that was coding her site and messing up the design we did for it for the dirt. I then told her that i would code her site on our spare time and she could pay me when she could. As of right now that site is down but she wanted to leave up the DVD sales thing. So we left it up. Again i "assumed" she was going to still use the image of Chris Blazer. About a week later i asked her about it and she said she didnt have the money. I told her if she wasnt going to use it and us pay for it then we needed to take it down from any and all sites it is featured on. I deleted it off my server incase someone was linking to it there. The last plan i heard was we would replace that image with another image of a silver F150 that B2R took. Tonight i get a call tellin me to look at the forum. Told me Chris and Mike posted. I asked about what was said then here i am now. Chris with the Blazer. I was told by the owner at the time that you wanted money for the DVD. Now im being told that another party told her you wanted money for it being used. I feel sorry for the actual people that ordered the DVD and havent gotten their product yet because of all this and the split of B2R. To make it right on my part i will pay you Mike, the amount you want for the image and i will pay you Chris for your name getting put into it. I only speak what im told. I dont make up bullshit about anyone to anyone. I wish i woulda never done this DVD cover, especialy for free. I did it in exchange for a small commercial which obviously hasnt happened yet either since there was no DVDs sent out. Kris from B2R is my friend, but i do think she took the wrong approach and easy way out on this thing. So like i stated above. Im going to pay for this image so the people that ordered can get their DVDs. After that, i have nothing to do with this DVD or B2R other then if im paid to do so.

Mike and Chris. You all are also my friends and i appologize to you openly for anything that i might have said to offend either of you. Im only saying what i have been told and trying to cover my ass in the process.

Kris thanks for getting my back here when you read my post and seen that i stated incorrect info about Chris the owner of the blazer. Kris u told me that he wanted money for it and im pretty sure at the time u said u came to u wanting money.

This is a big fk'n mess that i want no part of so i will bite the bullet and take care of those that deserve being taken care of and thats Mike A and Chris. Again i appologize for what i have said and should not have listened to what was being said to me.

Robbie, I have considered us friends as well, Kris I don't even know you but if your a minitrucker or a friend of Robbie's than we are friends to, I want absolutely NO money what-so-ever & never did for that picture being on the cover. I'm not sure who said I wanted money but surely it was merly a joke. I orderd my DVD 3 weeks ago from B2R just for the fact my blazer was on the cover.

Again I do not want any profit from that cover. I'm not sure what all happend in the last few months for B2R but I'm sure they'll work it out and the DVD's will be sent out soon.

Robbie, Kris, Mike, I'm sorry for all the confusion and wish that pic was never taken. I want no part of this any longer, this is my last post on the subject, I've said what I needed to say.

The Pic in question has been paid for it's use by me to try and handle this situation so everyone that order can get their DVDs quicker. From her on out i have nothing to do with this DVD. I wasnt paid to design it i was traded out for a commercial which to my knowledge never got finished being made. I traded because i considered Kris a friend and wanted to help her out and there was suppose to be 1000 copies made. I believe there is about 20 max pre orders so if i do have a commercial itll get seen by 20 people. It actually cost me money to try and help out with this cover. Im hoping it didnt cost me a few friends as well. Again Mike and Chris u have my appologies.
