Well since it was brought up...
KUTTING EDGE GRAPHIX designed the DVD Cover not me.Robbie from KEG is handling that since he is the one who designed it.I had no prior knowledge of the s10 picture being copyrighted.
Second...if I fucked over Tim why is he still helping me?
Third...I offered to buy out Matt and Nick...they rejected my offer.And went on with their lifes...Oh well..

1.)First you claim Kris stole artwork for her cover. Fact: Kutting Edge Graphix did the cover artwork for the DVD (awesome by the way Robbie) and used a picture taken off of Street Source Magazine. Unfortnately the picture belongs to Primedia, and both Robbie and Kris have been in discussion with Mike Alexander and I believe have that taken care of.

At no time did anyone mentioned pay for any of the costs associated with the website or DVD. In fact Kris lent her camera to them to film and a few events, and was glad to it. I am friends with everyone involved and do not mean to make their contributions shorted. The people in question did not share the same business beliefs as Kris, so she offered them a nice amount for their work and they refused and walked out. In fact, I believe Tim is still very active with Built2Rail and I think that is a good thing. From my understanding, everyone is still friends and there is no bad blood unless you are speaking on behalf of someone.
I feel bad for Kris, because it is rumors like this that can turn a situation bad very quick.

I think i can take it from here on the DVD cover issue.
1st that pic was not taken off SSM. I have to original high res photo of that truck on my computer geven to me by John O'Neil formally of Primedias Sport Truck Magazine along with many other photos. We designed the flyers for HAVOC and Havasau for Sport Truck and Minitruckin this year and when John sent me the pics i asked his permission to use them with other stuff. I was told i could use them for whatever i wanted and did so on the Built2Rail DVD cover design.
Then all Kris gets an email or message from Mike Alexander telling her she is using a copyrighted image and he wanted $150 dollars for the use of it. Well since John O'Neil is no longer with Primedia there wasnt much i could do about it but talk to Mike A so i hit him up. He came down to $75 dollars for use of the pic and we would add in photo credits to primedia.
I went back to Kris with the price and told her id go half on the pic if she still wanted to use it or i would redesign the DVD cover. She told me she was kewl with goin half then i never heard back from her for about 3 weeks or more about it. I asked her what she wanted to do and told her we needed to get Mike Alexander paid his $75 dollars or we needed to take down any of the artwork using that pic. just gonna say a few things..first and formost kris hit me and tim up about filming when we to greenville...then hit us about the partnership anybody that know us knows how it went down and if u really wanna get into her "bussiness ethics" how about i post the nice letter she wrote us...u know i find it vary funny that the COSTS of even going to FUCKING DROP ZONE didnt EVEN come close to what we were offered not to mention how much greenville costs and all those countless trips to fresno...we were lowballed by the offer she gave us so ill just take mine and TIMS footage(both copyrighted to us not kris or built2rail and do my own thing that is going be sold all over the nation due to the fact that we will be traveling all over the nation not just cali shows...and the last thing im gonna say is if wasnt within 100 mile radius show kris didnt go to MYSELF TIM OR MATT FILMED IT which basically covers her whole dvd..and now i will have this thread close..thanx RJ ur a true freind hommie!!!!see u soon

asked her twice and she said the dvds will ship next week. if Built 2 Rail doesnt ship any thing by next Fri. every one who pre ordered on the truckshwag site can choose a full refund or a credit to another purchase on the truckshwag site or you can sit tight and hope Built 2 rail gets the roalty issues taken care of.

If this is turn down by the said individuals all footage filmed by said individuals will be RETURNED unedited and will NOT be used in any BUILT2RAIL productions.If *** *****,Matt Gonzales and Nick Gonzales wish to stay aboard as freelancers they may.They will be paid for any footage here on out after final DVD sales.
In closing if I Kristina Ash do not pay nine hundred dollars to *** *****,Matt Gonzales and Nick Gonzales I will be responsible for any and all court cost.

WHOAA WHOA WHAOOOOOO....I NEVER SAID I WANTED MONEY!!! I ordered a DVD just because my shit was on the cover! and I still have not received it. I had NO problem w/that picture. All I said is check w/Mike Alexander. He is the one who took the picture at Mini Nats in TN last year, and I just said make sure u can use it first because it is a copywritten photo! I never said I wanted any kind of money for it, I thought it was cool as shit that my junk was on the cover, thats why I orderd a DVD. WTF Bro???
