A arm troubles...

Ok, I got one side done on my truck, which is just freakin awesome, but i wasnt the one who got the the a arms loose. When they did it, they destroyed the ball joint threads, SO, i was wondering whats the best way to remove the spindles...Any help would be muc appreciated...
