1985 22r, 1980 20r head...

What machining needs to be done to the block and head? I know I need a timing chain tensioner, and some sort of decking on the motor/head i guess. But how much?

Will this swap/work, work well along with a weber 32/36 and a torkr 268 cam from engnbldr.com?

So again I know I need the head, then tensioner, the intake, and some sort of machine work. What else do I need?
