Air-Zenith Compressor

uses more amps than a viair, those specs and fill times are a mystery, you'd figure they would know that ??

i have two viair 450 how do these compare to the air-zenith

I just got them in. They are going for $279.99+sh at my place.

I with they made them in blue lol. I'm not gonna put them up on my site until I hear more reviews..

I had spoke with you on the phone a short time ago about compressor specs,

I just wanted to inform you the numbers you have listed for this compressor do not connect,

Let me explain,








"ONLY 1 minute and half to fill up a 5 Ga. tank from 165 to 200psi"

That would mean there compressor is operating at 1.64CFM at 182PSI
Break that down you get 1.50CFM at 200PSI

Your add said 2.02cfm @ 200psi

at that speed it would only take 49 sec to fill the same 5 gal tank 165-200PSI





This is where I was confused.

If you can help shed some light on this subject that would help allot.



I guess my last few questions are,

100% duty at what pressure and temperature is this duty?



Last is the inlet port threaded?



I again am sorry for all the questions, but I want to get a FACT list together for all compressors on the market to give people a place to compare performance.

and if the numbers are what you say they are. You will have a compressor able to outperform a 3/4HP DC5 from AIM a Viair 550C and would be 1/3 output of a 2109 York compressor on the Oasis. (very impressive)

Since I am the only person running one of these compressor right now, I will try to get some fill times(per pressure) over the weekend and get back to ya'll Monday.

Its about time we got some kind of response on these things. I emailed them months ago an never heard anything back.

I have got them in stock but not on my store for $269. I have a couple left. From what I have spoke to customers about they seem to like them. Thought about trying one myself on the shop project but still undecided.
