Hey peps I recently just purchased a 1987 Mazda B2200 Long bed and I also bought some Escalade wheels for it...does anyone know how much you have to shave off the wheels to get them to fit over the hub??? No one seems to know??? Figured I would try here..any help would be appreciated...Thanks
you gotta get them bored out i think...
pretty sure the center bore needs to be 4"
you dont need to bore them out, you have to grind your tabs down around the inside of the lug nuts. i did it on mine, not too difficult just be careful of your studs dont get hit by the grinder. the back are much larger than the front ones..

grinding will work, but you can chance throwing the hub out of balance. but boring them out is the preferred way. also, be sure to get bulge acorn nuts.
ok, the locators on your hub have a diameter of 97mm
have them machined. it only costs about 100 bucks and escalades are hubcentric to begin with. Meaning they are made to carry the trucks weight on the hub, not the lugs. Now the difference between the weight of an escalade and a mazda is dramatic, and I am not saying anyone will ever have a wheel failure, but I just think things should be done properly. think I will take Russ-Ds advise dont want to have a wreck an die or something....thanks everyone for the info
yeah dont risk " shaving the tabs " spend the money to get them bored out, mine was $120 and they ride perfect and fir great, and as said by someone else they are hub centric, i think they have to go up to a 107mm setting just get a chilton manual and see what size the hub is
There's no risk involved with grinding. If you want them machined, get them machined, if you want to grind, grind. It doesnt make a difference. I feel safer grinding down some useless metal that getting rid of strength in the wheels.
