I just bought an 88 Mazda B2200 and it has no power steering. I was wondering how hard it is to put power steering on it. I know its a bracket, pump and pully. What else would I need to switch it over? Also it doesnt have a tach, can i just go to the junk yard and get a gauge cluster with a tach off a mazda and put it in?

yes on the tach, it's already wired up for it.
the power steering is very simple to switch over, you will need the steering box along with the parts you mentioned.
