new bushings and yes there are PLENTY OF GREASE FITTINGS you just need to look and maybe blast the suspension clean with a pressure washer.

lots of mazdas that have stock front end parts.. DO NOT have grease fittings on them.... aftermarket does. What you can do is... buy the 18gauge needle grease fitting, and you can poke it thru the rubber and squirt grease in that way, thats what ive done int he past.... work the part in and then add more grease. Hope that helps!!

About the guages.... The temperature guage and the fuel guage share a common circuit... I believe it is a common resistor. They are wired to gether in the guage cluster assembly. If both of the guages stopped working together... then most likely that little circuit/resistor has failed in the gauge assembly. To fix the problem you would have to replace the guage assmebly or try to repair the circuit/resister... I don't know if that is possible or not. I doubt that both the fuel sending unit and the temperature sensor went out at the same time... but it could happen. Also you will be sure to check all of your fuses and wiring.... just to be sure.

About the squeking.... I've had a bunch of mazdas that have a little "tweety bird" squeak from the front every time you hit a little bump while driving. I have found that usually it is the hood squeaking- not any type of suspension part. To fix this I have just adjusted the little rubber stoppers at the end of the hood by twisting them, or putting a bunch of electrical tape over them. This is usually enough to put the hood in a little bit of a bind so that when it's closed it is closed tightly and not just sitting on the hood latch. You can also try to grease the hood latch and all of the movable hood compenents.
