how to get this color?

why dont u just wait to paint it? seems like a waste of product and time to me...

I don't have the money for paint.. or the skill. I think I could accomplish the primer though without messing up much, and itd give me something new to try.

hey bbb, thanks a lot for that help.. makes sense to me, but one thing, when I put the pinstripe tape down, do i kind of put it on the inside border or something, so the actual black design doesnt change the width I want it? maybe that makes some sense the way I worded it lol.. just confused on that part. thanks!

i'd spray it white first,tape out your stripe design out cover the negetive out(bottom and top half)paint that black,tada,un mask everything (sand white down before taping out for the balck)then sand with a 400,then wet sand with a 600

just imagine the postive set of the black pinstripe,how big or how small you want it,but you concentrate on the inside,not the outside,i would recomemed auto air color,no Harmful Vapor Release,you would need like some sort of heat gun/heat lamps though but thats with any paint,cleans up quickthis was done buy auto air color

auto air is pretty freakn sweet my art teacher taught me air brushing with it and he painted every thing with it from regular pics to gas tanks and helmets it all came out pretty sweet
