how to get this color?

I was just wondering if any of you paint guys know the best way to get this color, maybe a little brighter, I would want it good quality so it seals.. would I buy light grey sealer primer and mix the right color blue in, and theres my grey and blue.. or, use white primer sealer and mix light grey in some, and the blue into more.. seems thatd turn out brighter, but i dont know much about all of that. what reducers and supplies would be needed? maybe a price range also.. and a good affordable gun so I can practice myself. thanks guys heres a rough draft with a color thats kinda close..

do not mix sealer with base coat

if you want a light shade effect use white sealer,if you want the basecoat darker use a black sealer,any HVLP gun you can use(High Volume Low Pressure),what brand of paint you want i.e. HOK,Dupont,PPg,Auto Air Color(Waterbased)

thanks for the quick help Josh, which of the brands would you recommend? like I said i dunno much about it.. trying to learn and you seem to know a lot so let me know! maybe i could pick a gun up on ebay, if you see any good deals with the right specs let me know also.

are you trying to get your primer this color or are you looking at finishing you truck out in this color?

also im really confused how id tape it off to do the black pinstripe like that.. what steps do i do to get the black stripe, then the 2 other color 2 tone?

Spray the black first then lay out the stripe with tape then spray the bottom ,tape down from black stripe then spray the top then unmask everything.Don't forget to sand in between every color.Hand sand with 320 or 400 nothing rougher or smoother than that is nessacery.Use white sealer ,I'm not sure who makes it but someone sell tint for sealer, it comes in a kit with like 5 differant colors.
