gas filler hidden behind tail light

i am putting a 4-link on my b2200 so i am going to have to relocate the gas tank to behind the axle and do something w/ the filer neck, i am going to still use my be so i am not wanting to mount it inside the bed unless someone knows how to mount it flush.. has anyone ever mounted in behind the tail light,, and just have one tail light hinge when you need gas pics or more info would be sweet... Thanks
