My buddy Scott has a Mazda with the frame ran under the axle. Big point of it for him is that he can have it body dropped and still not actually drag body because his frame will hit before his body. Funky looking set up though that makes you go, hmmmm. Check out his profile: Sprkndawg

I believe.

then thats a shitty body drop, why go through all the work and not even be able to drag rockers?

okay here are some chassis shots, but keep in mind these are from last year the first day we rolled it out of the shop (april 04) And YES the links are/were weak looking, alot if not everything has been beefed up greatly since these pics. I think they illustrate whats going on better though, just giving you a heads up b/c everytime these get posted we catch hell for "those links will never work!" blah blah blah. so please refrain lol... i think we've proved now they will lift.it's all quite simple really. Alot of people just don't see the crossmember tied into the frame. See the bag inflates, pushing UP on the crossmember... which is tied into the frame thanks to like a million precisely placed (not really) half inch bolts. Thus, when the bag inflates; the frame comes up. really simple once u see it all tied in. mike
