xtreme wheels on old s series

i have an older s 10,92 and i have a set of xtreme wheels from an 03 blazer and the wheels hubis to small to seat on the front by about 1/2 inch and the rear a tighten down and had to take a porta power to get them off .is this a common thing ,and what are people doing to put these wheels on ,i see them all the time ,is this a machine shop type thing .wtf

I dunno If a 92 and a 96 are similar.... But my buddy and I put a set of xtreme wheels on his dime and all we needed to do was grind on the rear drum to get the center of the wheel to set over the hub.

i had the same promlem on my 91 dime and i took them to a machine shop and the honed it out about 1\16th of an inch and they set on fine!
