Fried Electrical

i dont no what the fuck happened i was changeing the +,- battery termanels and i was tightening up the negative one when it arked off the fender...now when i try to connect the batters it pops the wiper fues inside the truck, the dome fuse under the hood,and the alt. fuze under the hood and the only thing that works on the truck is the headlights.....its a 90 pickup with the 22R motor and 5spd trans i had it for less then 24 hours

check your + wires(to the starter etc...) aren't grounding. fuck
