gotta love animals in the road

on my way home tonight i watched a oppossum run out in front of the car a lil ways ahead of me, get real close to it and turn back. only problem with that was he ended up right infront of my center crossmember and its about 2"s off the ground. in the mirror you could see him tumbling down the road, i laughed like hell after that.

well it was 6months after i had dropped the civic, n i loved the sound of the exaust n intake i had installed like a week before n hadnt really stepped on it it was 3am on a weekend and i was doing like 65 in a 25 and absolutly just nailed this probably 6month old kitten, i couldnt miss it cause of cars on both sides of the road were parked. i felt that damn cat hit the unibody under my seat like 4times n heard it another 3 or so before it was out the other end. i couldnt help but laugh so damn hard i had to slow down i was laughing so hard i cried cause id always heard stories about your know your low when u drag garbage n shit i was like i dragged a cat.

I was come home at around12am from my old shop and i hit some thing big and it made all kinds of racket . i slow down and and look in my rear veaw and did see any thing so i got home and look at the crx and a cat had broke the mesh in my bumper and was still moveing .the mesh had rap around it preity bad and by the time i got it out it was gone . but the smell lasted a couple of days.

Well guys it's been 6 years now...and this might top all...I hit a COW....a 400lb heffer!! Me and my son had been out crusing that Friday night and was on our way home jst 2 miles from our house. This guy had only a 2 wire electric fence around his cows and 7 of them had gotten out in the road. Lucky for me i hit the smaller one and when it went to run out of the way it stumbled and hit my suspension...that GOD i was on a 4X4!! When we hit i ended up on 2 wheels before the truck set down in his pasture. I ended up with like $500 damage to my suspension a scuff make on the front valence. The guys insurance did pay to fix my truck but he was pissed cause i killed his cow. But me and my son were lucky we didn't flip...Toyota's are TUFF Trucks...

One night at like 2am I was driving home from a friends house and i reached over to get my cds from the floor and when i looked up i saw an owl fly down and land in the middle of the road and when he landed he turned his head to look at me and then pow i launched him probably 200 feet off the road. I was picking feathers out of my car for weeks.
