body drop and exhaust....

What are people doing for exhaust when you are stock flooring your trucks? I guess I have a different situation since I cant put a muffler right behind the cab, under the bed because I will have seats there. Sooo.. anyone know of any options I have? This is a truck that will be DRIVEN.....
