I'm dying here, i've tried three different things so far and i'm not having any luck. Right now i've got the upper bracket plate bout 3/4 in from the top of the frame leaning upwards a bit, and the lower bracket spaced up on the frame side. when dumped, the lower billow just barley touches the frame and also touches the flipped balljoint.. What should i do? thanks-mike

Did u cut the stock uppershock mount off the frame or are u leaving that on the frame? If u cut that off u should have like another 1" or so.....What bags are u putting in?

well i've cut most of the shock mount off, but i don't want to cut too much up cause then i'll loose upper arm support and support for the upper bracket, i'm putting in firestones. I just leveled out the upper bracket witht he top of the frame, kept the bottom the same, and still no luck.. please help thanks

i had the same concerns...i just finished my front bags.....i went and cut off everything sticking out of the frame...like the upper bumpstop mounts and the section of frame sticking out below the upper shock mount.....then welded the upper mount installed the bag then made a bottom mount the let the bag sit over the bottom ball joint bolts...i can put my hand behind the bag nothing touches...i have clearence all around....oh yeah.im using 2500 firestone bags....
