I love to drag body. I know when I just layed frame I liked to drag but with the b/d I drag 10x's more then what I used to. You could just plate it but I say just drag body.

^^^get some like 1/4" metal,and weld it to the rockers, so it drags the plate, not the rockers

wax won't help, unless it's made out of steel. If you drag a body drop then you are going to drag body. I have seen people make removeable bars with trailer balls mounted upside down so they drag those, then at shows just pull 'em off to lay body.
