Sickest Full Size I would have to judge as it having everything: paint, body mods, suspension work, interior/stereo, engine, wheels, overall subtle details and the one that sticks out the most to me is Choppin Block's orange/maroon 4 door Silverado.

R.J> on your 91 chevy , Is the steering shaft and box factory and just chromed over?          Also is the frame painted under the cab? Beautiful truck.
