Leet, the first and more common form of the language, is used by hackers, skript kiddies, gamers and lamers

This just sounds like an excuse to cover up someone making a typing error more than it was a use of a coded word. I am not buying it so I still stand my ground and state that he was .
To me it came across as more of a typing error than anything else. Heck the "P" is right next to the "O" on your keyboard so what is a common person supposed to think. Oh wait it must be a coded term so it has to be correct. Yea right.
drupru22 on aol has a set for sale. Hit him up with an IM or email him. I think he wants $150 shipped for em. I'm no mazda expert but they got the chome trim too. Basically they look like liefs.

EtymologyThe most widely held theory is that pwn originated as a typo in first-person shooter games. In many first-person shooters, when prompted to make a comment upon fragging (killing) one's opponent, many players would hastily type the word owned (slang expression used when defeating one's opponent)and would acidentally cause a typo. Due to the proximity of the "p" and "o" keys on a standard QWERTY keyboard users commonly hit the "p" instead of the "o" key, resulting in the word pwned. Intentionally using pwn instead of own has become a part of "leet" slang, along with other intentional misspellings such as teh for the and replacing exclamation points with 1s.
The word "owned" is leet too, from the video game "zero wing". When in the title sequence it says "all your base are belong to us" it was used later by gamers to say "I OWN you" or "I OWNED you" (because all their base are belongto them, in essence)
I wasnt staring a interweb spat, just pointing out thta pwned was in fact a term used by interwebers.
