#1 wont fire

ok here is the deal, my yota has sat up for a long time without running. I got it started and has been fine for about a month. Then it started to knock and the #1 cylinder dropped out. At first if the rpm's went up it would pick the cylinder back up now it just knocks and wont fire. I have spark through the wire and such, new plugs wires cap and rotor. No metal in the oil pulled the valve cover and no dropped valves or broke rockers. Think maybe a valve got jammed and bent? I have not done a compression check on the cylinder, was thinking of just pulling the head and having a look....Any help would be much appreciated. it is a 22r carb motor too...

nevermind found the problem the second time I pulled the valve cover off. Intake valve is stuck open hope it aint bent but you never know.
