alright...so i finished my air install today....but there are some major problems...

first off, the rear works, but the front does not...no mater which front switch i use...i got it to work on the first try, but had air leaking out of fitting in the top of the cylinders, so i turn them both a couple of times...now they wont' work...

second...i think i have my valves wired up wrong...i have a standard ten switch box w/ 8 valves...they are smc valves, w/ a switch box from innovative air....

i am so stuck on what to do...i was ready to throw a wrech through my window today so i decided to quit, but i already missed one day of work over this, i can't miss another because i can't drive rite now..

please please help everyone...

give me every wiring diagram u can find for 10 switch boxes, and any possable ways to find out what is work or what the hell is going on...any tips or tricks will help tramendously....

thanks in advance...i really appreciate the help

Check your fuse

Also take your time and unhook what you have going to your switch box. Then go in one wire at a time and find out what that wire is for.

Are the front valves clicking when hitting the switch? If not you are not getting power? If they are clicking are you using checkvales between the valves? If you are then maybe they are backwords. Although you said it worked once???

yes the fronts are clicking when i hit em...
no i am not using check valves, except for on the comp to tanks line....

fuse is good, or the rear wouldn't work either...

problem w/ the wiring, is that i don't think i have the right wiring diagram...i really don't wanna run new airlines...but rite now that would be a lot easy tham many other things....

any thing else to try???

also, if the rear suspension cut my front airlines, wouldn't i hear that hole leaking at 150 psi??

If something was cut and air is going though it you will hear it.

Did you look at the diagram on the link above?

CYLINDERS TAKE A LOT MORE PRESSURE TO GET THE FRONT UP, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURE IN THE SYSTEM, ALSO, CHECK AND MAKE SURE THE CYLINDERS ARE NOT BINDING ON SOMETHING.
easiest thing to do is take the airline out of the cylinder, hit a switch and see if the air is flowing without hooking it to the cylinder

do you have enough air it takes alot of psi to get the front of our integra of the ground
