no. You disconnect the torsions from the lower arm and from the frame, but dont move them. Pretend they are still hooked up. TURN THEM UP so the adjuster comes closer to the bottom of the frame, and reinsert them to the control arm.

Now when you thread the adjuster back on, you will notice that it tucks up inside the framerail without lifting the truck up. This keeps you from dragging the adjuster, or worse ripping the torsions out on a speed bump, but still lets you use the torsions to support the front end of the truck.

Most people get so tired of them dragging and breaking, they rip them out either intentionally or unintentionally and ride on bumpstops or the lower control arm. This keeps them off the ground.
