I just picked up a 91 GMC full size, and it is going up 6-8" and putting 36's on it...
Get something that can tow your project if you need to down the road, you will be glad you did.

Anything with a v-8 full size truck you should get between 10-17 mpg, depending on how you drive and what you do to it.

I picked up an 05 Tacoma after I totalled my Civic and I love it. Not bad gas mileage and plenty of room. Looks almost 4 wheel drive with the wheels I put on it! lol
