need a new daily driver...what to get?

my jetta gets 31, i shoulda got a TDI, then i could have gotten like 53!!!

i get about 12-14 (its a 94 with a 350 crate motor) get about 7-8 when pullin a load.

the 4cyl are alright, the 3.0 is good all around with decent power and decent mileage for a v6...the 01+ 4.0s are worth getting, they are SOHC with 207 crank power, but you'll get like 17-19mph with it city, you'd be lucky to get 20...but they are nice little trucks..looks good lifted too

if the worst comes, buy a civic

I have a 99 Suburban with a Vortec 350. It is easy to drive and park. (same size as a standard cab long bed)

It gets about 13mpg around town and 18-19 on the freeway. I just towed the car 750 miles and averaged 14mpg on the freeway.

ive got a 3.0 ranger, but really the main reason i got it was to lay it out someday cuz tacos are too much $$$$$$$$$$

my 03 gets about 17 mpg. 2wd, ext cab with a 5.3 in it. i get a little over 400 miles out of a tank. it gets about 14 mpg towing

05 crew cab dually with the duramax....love it!!
