talk to b2200 GT, he has a (gorgeous) turbo motor swap and would have better advice than I.
Statements like "I've heard a talon BOV works great" are not a way to be taken seriously though, you have to install the motor, make the necessary changes to the truck, GET IT ALL WORKING, and then worry about intercoolers and BOV and whatever else.
My thoughts are: Why worry about what comes next when you havent even done what comes first?
Not bashing. Motivating. Do it, and next time someone asks you can say "I did" instead of "I heard". All the intyernet building in the world wont give you a finished truck.

ok i'll talk to him. thanks for the help, and i think its the slave cylinder or master cylinder on the clutch. it was wroking fine and al a once it started going to the floor... i called autozone and asked the guy up there and he said it could be either one of those becuase there both hydrolic.
anyway thanks for the help Russ-d and ill ask b2200 gt.

Everything Russ said is dead on. Also the Mass air on the Probe/ Mx6 2.2l F2 is a vane air flow...a flap opens according to air flow, and does this just after the air filter...so it's metering incoming air. This means that with the stock ECU, if you use a Blowoff valve, the ECU thinks that there is more air than there actually is since you just dumped your metered air out through the BOV. This will cause a rich condition. A bypass valve with a stock system is the best bet. Forge Motorsports makes some sweet bypass valves.
The swap can be a bitch, depending on what you want out of it. The Distributor is a pain in the ass unless you box the firewall of go distributorlessThere is a guy near me who is getting rid of his built 2.2l turbo setup...complete engine, ECU, tranny, Intercooler and piping...nice work, all done to an already fuel injected B2200. See this for building a Turbo B2200.F2T to B2200 info

wow do you have a running truck yet?
And talk about oddball swaps, the other day I found a DTM Mercedes 2.3 16v engine and 5spd for cheap. And well of COURSE I would ditch the CIS for MSII.

That's a big negative...I got robbed a few weeks ago and they got my welder and my Laptop I was using for MS. It's on hold till I get another welder...still have to do intake and IC piping, and finish parts of the bodydrop.

Geeze that sucks.
Get an old IBM 700 thinkpad, they sell for like 50 bucks on ebay and have enough processor to run MS. I run a thinkpad T30, but I use that for more than just MS haha. See rudy's truck?
