Bleeding the Brakes???

Hey guys, after 1 whole year, I finally put the gas tank back under my ol 98 s-10, and put a new battery in and away she fired....the only problem is...no brakes..LOL, i can push the pedal to the floor and nothing...sounds like the cylinder is sucking air bad....the fluid container is full though.

my question is, how do i bleed the brakes? exactly how and if any specific way i should do it like back to front...etc.
