3.8 swap, practical or too many headaches

i was looking at crate engines and found a place selling supercharged 3.8 like out of a monte carlo i think and they are putting out 260hp so was wondering if it is feasable to swap one into the dawg. seems like a small engine with good power and would look clean in the bay. anyone know what trannys can go behind that? here is the page http://www.crateenginedepot.com/store/38-3800-Crate-Engine-Series-III-Supercharged-V-6-12499470-P829C56.aspx can be a little expensive i know but lets say i have the money, any major prohibitors of swaping?
