need opinion!

well we are doing my brothers regal (87 regal in my profile) and we have the colors piced out but not the order, we are doing a 2 tone paint job, porche (spelling) silver and subaru wrx blue with a red tribal divider

what would look better silver on top, blue on the bottom or vice versa, keep in mind my brother loves his mirror tint lol
