Fiberglass aint getting hard

i just built a sub box last week and coated it with fiberglass so no leaks and so its stronger, and i've had it out in the sun since now, and its still sticky... i mixed the resin/hardener raito right (it said 3 to 1) and i even put an extra coat of hardener on it, but its still really tacky and sticky. the problem is the box has to be dried and covered in black suede before friday night for a show. Is my hardener bad or the resin bad or something? i've never had this happen...
