Ok after all the fun readin ive decided to run copper

so .... I want to use "L" which is the stuff that comes in the role ... my neighbor said I should be able to bend it by hand? true or false.

Second.. she let me borrow her flare tool .. is this a good route to go .. i have the parker press to lock brass fittin with the green ring right now .. im assumin that is a no go ..
